Recorded Live from Borderlands Comics & Games in Greenville, SC! The ESO crew made a run for the border and gathered up some folks to talk cartoons and comics! Mike, Mike, J.R. Mounts, Peter Cutler, Ravyn, and Tara Lynne revealed their favorite animated series that originated from four color funny books. Plus, we talked to Robert Young about the history of one of the best local comic shops on the planet and the 2nd annual SC Comicon being held next March. After recording, we all emptied our wallets and still didn’t even get a fraction of all the cool swag we wanted. We will definitely be making a return trip!

Topics this week include hookers crashing conventions, changing a conventions focus to meet the needs of the fans, start a convention and keeping it going. Wait…did he say “hookers?”
This is the first in a series of Seriously, Dan podcasts that will focus on convention organization, promotion, and management. They will allow fans to see how things operate, and help others who are preparing conventions streamline the process.
